SSCG operates a modern fleet of fast catamarans, an overnight cruise ship, a modern sailing catamaran, an array of smaller vessels. SSCG also operates Fiji’s two most popular day trip islands.
Role Overview:
The System Administrator manages and maintains the company’s reservation system,
ensuring accurate data loading, proper configuration and reliable system performance
to support business operations
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitoring system performance and working on troubleshooting any issues
• Co-ordinate and liaise with support team on all matters relating to the Reservation
System
• Loading of products, content, promotion and rates in the reservations system
• Manage and maintain the system configuration
• Review and manage content and process on agent and consumer booking portal
• Maintaining a log for all systems issues by priority
• Lead and manage systems project, ensuring that it is completed on time
• Test new features, upgrades and communicate this with internal staff.
Role Requirements:
• Certificate of diploma from a recognised institution, with at least 1 year of
• Experience in a similar role
• Reservation system knowledge preferable
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Great team player
