South Sea Cruises Group (SSCG) is excited to announce the launch of the two new South Sea Cats vessels, Lynx and Puma. The 14.9m catamaran vessels were designed by New Zealand designer Noah Thompson and built locally in Fiji.

Lynx and Puma, named in keeping with the majority of the fleet's big cat names, can carry 36 passengers for Resort Transfers and 28 for the Half Day trips.The Resort Transfers will service resorts in the Mamanuca Islands, providing a valuable early morning and late afternoon service. 

The Half Day trips under the 'Ride and Slide' brand will operate daily and give guests the chance to experience Fiji's beautiful underwater world with reef snorkelling.

Jaguar is contracted to be completed in July 2026, and in service with SSCG towards the end of August 2026.
