South Sea Cruises Group (SSCG) has launched two new South Sea Cats vessels, Lynx and Puma. The 14.9m catamaran vessels were designed by New Zealand designer Noah Thompson and built locally in Fiji.

Lynx and Puma, named in keeping with the majority of the fleet's big cat names, can carry 36 passengers for Resort Transfers and 28 for the Half Day trips. The Resort Transfers service selects resorts in the Mamanuca Islands.

The Half Day trip under the 'Ride and Slide' brand operates daily and visits our private island and sand cay, South Sea Cay, giving guests the chance to experience Fiji's beautiful underwater world with reef snorkelling.

Features:

  • Comfortable seating

  • Open sides for great views and a fun ride

  • Top deck seating and viewing (when anchored)

  • Beach landing access from the bow

  • Easy boarding ladders from the stern (for snorkelling)

  • Roof-mounted inflatable slide into the water when anchored

  • Onboard drinks and snacks

  • Luggage storage area on board (for resort transfers)

  • Sound system & commentary
