South Sea Cruises Group (SSCG) is excited to announce the commissioning of a second new ferry (alongside Yasawa Flyer III), the 25m Jaguar. SSCG has appointed a leading design & build company, Aus Ships Group, based in Brisbane, to deliver this custom-designed fast ferry in mid-2026
Jaguar, named in keeping with the majority of the fleet's big cat' names, will have a capacity of 227 passengers, making it Fiji's third biggest ferry. The additional capacity this vessel will bring, will better support the growth of South Sea Cruises Groups day trip prodicys as well as providing resort transfer services throught the Mamamnuca Islands.

Jaguar is contracted to be completed in July 2026, and in service with SSCG towards the end of August 2026.
