Requirements
Role Overview:
This role is responsible for the full oversight of Marine, Coach Operations & vessel based Hospitality Services across SSCG's marine and tourism portfolio. The role ensures operational efficiency, service excellence and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, support & manage marine crew operations & rosters.
• Respond to operational emergencies, breakdowns and stakeholder updates.
• Drive SOP compliance and high standards of vessel presentation.
• Oversee all F&B, activities, events & housekeeping for all fast catamarans (ferries).
• Manage coach operations to enhance customer experience.
Role Requirements:
• 3 - 5 years experience in marine or operations management or an equivalent role.
• Strong leadership & communication across large, diverse teams.
• Experience working in high volume passenger or customers.
• Diploma or higher in Hospitality Management, Marine or related field.
• Class 4 Master or Engineer CoC & SERB is desirable but not essential.
