South Sea Cruises Group is Fiji’s largest marine tourism operator, home to a portfolio of iconic brands including Blue Lagoon Cruises, South Sea Cruises, Malamala Beach Club, Awesome Adventures Fiji and more.

We are seeking a proactive, relationship-focused Sales Manager to lead our trade engagement across New Zealand and Australia, strengthening our presence in these key markets. This home-based role sits within our International Sales team and reports directly to the General Manager Global Sales.

About the Role​

As our Sales Manager for New Zealand and Australia, you will be the face of our brands, building commercial momentum and championing our world-class Fiji experiences. Your work will focus on strong trade relationships, partnership development, and data-led sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Trade Relationships & Growth

• Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing trade partners

• Identify, pursue, and convert commercial opportunities

• Use data and market insights to drive revenue growth

Training, Engagement & Representation

• Travel within New Zealand, Australia, and Fiji to represent our brands

• Coordinate and host trade famils and site inspections

• Deliver webinars, training sessions, and regular market updates

• Represent the South Sea Cruises Group at trade shows, roadshows, and through sales calls

Marketing, CRM & Reporting

• Develop and execute trade marketing plans

• Manage CRM activity, administration, and reporting

• Work closely with the marketing team to align trade strategy with brand storytelling

About You​

You will thrive in this role if you:

• Have proven experience in sales management within the tourism or travel trade

• Excel at building both new and existing relationships and delivering exceptional partner engagement

• Are commercially sharp and comfortable using data to inform decisions

• Are self-motivated and effective working remotely (NZ based)

• Enjoy presenting, training, and representing brands in public forums

• Have a passion for tourism and a drive to turn opportunities into results
