Role Overview:
The Compliance Officer reporting to the Compliance Manager ensures the company follows all legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements. The role focuses on monitoring compliance, managing risks, and promoting ethical and accountable business practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily safety checks on SSCG products and services.
• Recommend corrective actions and follow up on implementation.
• Carry out internal audits and inspections for the company. This includes
Travelling/staying on Fiji Princess and other SSCG products for audit purposes.
• Work in conjunction with the Compliance Manager to ensure SSCG is fully
compliant with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure SSCG SOPs, Compliance certifications and Safe Ship Management
Manuals are updated, in line with statutory and company requirements.

Role Requirements:
• Experience in achieving and maintain ISO Certification especially for
ISO 14001:2015; ISO 45001:2018, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 31000:2018 will be
an added advantage.
• Degree in Administration and or marine studies with 2-3 years’ experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
